School Grounds and Facilities

Papakowhai school has lovely landscaped grounds and is surrounded by bush. 

The school has many recreational areas, including junior and senior playgrounds, Netball courts, playing fields, marked games areas, a swimming pool and decked areas for children to enjoy and play.  We also have access to Papakowhai reserve and Aotea Lagoon for leisure activities.

"We can take our scooters and skateboards on Wednesdays.  You have to wear a helmet and wrist guards and knee pads.  We are allowed to do tricks and play with our friends on wheel days.  The big kids help us learn new tricks."
