Otago Maths Competition and the Australian English, Maths and Science Competition
Otago Maths
Year 5-8 students can sit the Otago Maths Competition. Students who sit the tests enjoy the challenge and experience of a written examination. The school is proud of the students effort and results in this competition.
Australian Exams
The Australian English, Mathematics and Science Competitions are available to the Year 4 -8 students as an extra academic experience. All students are able to enter these exams. It is not limited to those who excel in these subjects during class time. Each child who enters receives a certificate of their achievement - whether it be for participation or a merit. It is an ideal time for a child to participate where exam conditions are followed.
